昨日は久々に自宅でご飯。
なので男の手料理を再開してみた。
~MENU~
○鳥の南蛮揚げ
○肉団子の甘酢あんかけ
○その他
（肉団子の甘酢あんかけ）
ひたすら素材を切る。（椎茸、筍、玉葱、人参）

椎茸、筍、人参は乱切りに・・・・玉葱は櫛切りに。
※肉団子を素揚げで火を通す。揚げると油でギトギトになるので、油多目でいためる感覚で。
＝甘酢あんかけの作り方＝
水 180CC
酢 大さじ1
醤油 大さじ1
砂糖 大さじ1
ケチャップ 大さじ2
片栗粉 大さじ1.5
片栗粉は粉のままで混ぜてもいいけど、ダマになる場合があるので予め少量の水で
溶いておくと楽でよい。
（鳥の南蛮揚げ）
鶏肉（もも肉）を小麦粉を多目に塗して素揚げする。
※肉団子と同じで揚げる時は油少な目で炒める感覚で。

だし汁 200cc（カツオダシ）
醤油
酢
みりん
※追加で卵をゆでてタルタルソースをつくってもGOOD！
初めて作った割りには中々良い出来であった。
